The Successful Candidate:
- You should be an MBA from a Tier 1 college with more than 8+ years of relevant experience, along with certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt.
- You must have extensive experience of driving large scale Quality/ reengineering projects using LEAN methodology within a financial services setup
- Excellent presentation and communication skills along with driving large scale cross border projects is mandatory
- Strong experience of stakeholder management is essential
