AVP - Quality - Master Black Belt - BPO

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with Senior Leadership to develop Continuous Improvement roadmap for Multiple stakeholders and LoB's

Manage portfolio of multiple projects independently, and mentor Black Belts as well as project leaders align objectives with organizational priorities.

Black Belt supports aligned business's with Opportunity Identification, development of Quality DNA, and mentoring Black Belts driving improvement projects.

Desired Skills:

Graduate in any stream preferably Stats/ Engineering etc. Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified

A minimum of 10-12 years of experience with at least 4 years in the relevant function

Expertise in Six Sigma & LEAN based Quality framework deployment
