Should have worked with Ops risk in terms of controlling Fraud through many areas ( info sec, application security, Identity and access management etc.,) plus he should have a good knowledge of banking domain.  The main objectives is to  1. Bring Standardization (for this he should know the process and basics of it)  2. He should do a quality check or spot check on the current controls (he should understand it obviously)  3. He should be bringing in efficiency through various suggestion, standardization etc.,  MAJOR CHALLENGES  - Ability to cover a wide array of perimeters and issues  - Ability to identify relevant information in order to standardize the process across the globe.  - Rigor in the performance of controls and reporting of findings  - Ability to cope with different situations / versatility (different perimeters, different SAFE teams, different IT systems…)  - Ability to identify relevant information and to focus on risks  Functional Skills  - Advanced knowledge on Information Security and Application Security  - Advanced knowledge of Capital Market operations  - Advanced knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking activities.  - Advanced knowledge on risk management topics, in order to provide added value analysis to SAFE teams   - Formalization skills  - Basic knowledge about Permanent Supervision concepts  - Knowledge of MS Office  Relevant and total years of Experience  - 12 years in an Operation department on Quality and Risk management  Educational Qualifications  - Post Graduate, preferably with Information Security background.  - Fluent in English and Multicultural  SHARE YOUR RESUME AT THE EARLIEST
