Principle Responsibilities:

- Act as the SPOC (single point of contact) for in dealing with data requests and associated activities for the business unit

- Ensure that project requirements are understood and disseminated to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner; Obtain, review and disseminate data requests/ action items across the business units / stakeholders

- Engage with relevant stakeholders to obtain any additional information on clarifications sought by the business

- Seek inputs from stakeholders on their information readiness and understand the end outcome to ensure there are no last minute unseen circumstances

- Influence and collaborate with business stakeholders to make sure project delivery is within the timelines and data submitted is of highest accuracy

- Consolidate the business submissions and share with appropriate forums / persons for QA review

- Support business leads to identify gaps in project delivery, suggest remediation measures, and act on them post consultation

- Track ongoing business issues and implement effective action plans ; Escalate concerns/exceptions to drive closure on action items

Qualifications:

Graduate /Post Graduate

Strong excel and power point skills

Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills - written and verbal.

Knowledge of respective business unit/functional aspects

Good knowledge of operations & functional systems

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Ability to drive and influence positively

Ability to work under strict deadlines

Effective Negotiation Skills

Project Management experience will be an added advantage

Knowledge of KYC/Documentation for Banking clients
