Headquartered at Bengaluru, we provide world class HR services through our company owned offices across India to over 500 organizations, including leading MN-Cs and large Indian firms across industries.   Currently working on a requirement with one of Top Global Banking client for the below role.   Job Description:  - Validate project Terms of Reference, establish a project governance and produce a well defined project plan, identifying the key milestones and assigning responsibilities/resources  - Define success measures/metrics  - Identify problems and implements solutions, making decisions based on sound rational judgment  - Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to execute change at pace and with minimum conflict  - Analyze stakeholder goals and effectively manage their expectations, addressing any misalignment  - Drive a high performance culture through strong leadership and effective people management  - Ensure project management processes are effective and propose improvements/changes as required  - Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy  - Timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.   Skills Required:  - Excellent understanding of the project life cycle   - Awareness of project management tools and best practice techniques  - Proven project management skills and experience of managing several projects concurrently   - Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills   - Excellent decision making and problem solving ability   - Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems   - Experience of managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills   Lenin Kumar
