As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centers in APAC and increase in volume of trades globally, they are seeking experienced Project Management professionals for their captive centers in India.  Job Description: As an AVP- Project Management you will be responsible for:  - Accountability for delivering on the vision, direction, budget and benefit targets of the Program  - Leading BRD & FRD discussions and providing signoffs of the same from Operations perspective  - Building relationships with internal clients and other stakeholders  - Re-engineering and Improving processes for documentations and test approaches  - Developing strong engagement and alignment with product and operations partners  - Prioritizing defects against business impact and escalating proactively against any project impact  - Delivering Data Warehousing and Reporting projects with the perspective of SDLC  - Managing resources and capacity across multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring optimum utilization of resources  The Successful Candidate:   - You will have a Bachelor or Masters Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or IT-related field and an experience of minimum 12 years of managing programmes in Financial Services or Banking.   - You will have in depth understanding of Investment Banking processes specifically in Derivatives and Securities Processes and familiarity with Data Quality Tools.   - You will have the ability to motivate large teams and influence partners, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage demanding stakeholders.  What's on Offer: Market leading compensation coupled with a high visibility role to drive change across the organization.
