He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.  Key responsibilities include:   - Establishing robust and scalable processes to execute and manage several projects implemented for client customers, working with Business Teams across the globe.  - Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals   - Develop/groom Leads who can manage individual projects and establish reporting structures/processes  - Setting up and managing an Operations team that creates content and improves data quality  - Consolidate experience working with the client tools developed for customers and liaising with the technology teams to drive improvement of existing tools and the development of new ones.  - Manage expectations of multiple stakeholders and negotiate buy-ins to drive projects across multiple locales  - Monitor real time service levels and schedule adherence  - Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other Change/Kaizen initiatives as required  - Active participation in hiring and building the team & raising the bar in hiring process  - People management i.e. performance appraisals, goal setting, training and mentoring talent to grow within organization & control attrition  - Ensures employees growth & development, set priority, drive motivation & engagement for employees  Basic Qualifications :  - Full time top-tier MBA with strong technical background, with over 7+ years of experience of which a minimum of 4-6 years in managing people and interacting with customers / stake holders  - Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications   - Ability to work with IT systems, understand and work SQL/DW.  - Excellent document writing and upwards communication skills  - Demonstrated ability to build, develop, direct, and manage a large group of people  - Proven ability to manage reporting and analysis  - Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive experience, and maintain composure in difficult situations
