About the client :

- Our client is a fast growing firm with a strong focus on Banking Products.

Responsibilities :

- The role will be responsible for Product Engineering, Design, Architecture and Development of multiple Products within Banking.

- The role is expected to understand the Banking domain (preferably Retail and Digital Banking).

- The incumbent must have experience and appreciation of changing trends. It would be very important to adapt to the new trends and provide solutions that suit the customers- future-looking needs. This will not only help in consolidating relationships for the current business, it would also help in opening up new avenues as well.

- 8-15 yrs of total experience with good academic qualifications,

- Strong Product Engineering / Product Development experience in Banking,

- Prior experience of having worked in a leadership role within Product Engineering,

- Would prefer Retail Banking / Digital Banking experience,

- An understanding and appreciation of the digital marketplace business model would help,

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills,

- Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action,

- Thinking out of the box and come up with innovative solutions,

- Ability to come up with solutions that would reduce cycle-times drastically,

- Ability to work with an organization at different stages of growth and modify one's approach according to the need.
