Having achieved a significant footprint in the Indian market, they are looking to add head count in their Product Control team to supplement their ambitious expansion plans.

Job Description - Reporting to a VP, the broad responsibilities include:

- Managing the Product Control team and take ownership of team delivery

- Overseeing daily, intra-month and month end detailed P&L and B/S analysis

- Ensuring reporting as per IFRS

- Overseeing balance sheet substantiation, control of ledger books and cost centres

- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with other team in order to operate in an effective control framework

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 8 + years experience of which at least 4 years should have been in a team management role within Product Control. A good understanding of fixed income, lending and relevant derivative products, credit risk management and associated accounting treatment is a must. You will possess strong communication skills along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
