We have an opportunity with one of the client in Pune for AVP-Product Control.  Please find mentioned below the JD.   - Direct management of one or more asset classes across Rates/ Credit/ Equity Derivatives - P & L Production,   - FOBO Review  - P&L Analysis  - P&L Reporting  - P&L Commentary  - Month End Cut Off Controls  - SOX Testing  - Liaison with the Business Control, Reporting and Change group  - Face off to senior PC management on daily P&L issues  - Take ownership of issues that arise from the day to day and monthly processes with a view to resolving these in an efficient and timely manner  - Reviewing and implementing process improvements over the wider group  - Approximately 6-13 years . Preference for Product Control  - And/or Rates product knowledge  - Having Global Experience in Reputed Investment banks & handling Multi culture locations.  - Degree level education at a premier institution (at least 2:1 or equivalent)  - Proactive and able to suggest solutions and have the drive to implement changes  - Attention to detail  - Numerical competency and accuracy  - Communication, leadership and Organizational skills  - Well organized and should be able to meet deadlines.  - Adapting to change.  - Comfortable to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.  Qualifications  - Possess a CFA or CA or MBA qualification from reputed institution.  - Approximately 6-13 years Preference for Product Control  And/or Rates product knowledge  - Project Management Experience is desirable.  - Having Global Experience in Reputed Investment banks & handling Multi culture locations.  - Degree level education at a premier institution (at least 2:1 or equivalent)  - Proactive and able to suggest solutions and have the drive to implement changes  - Attention to detail  - Numerical competency and accuracy  - Communication, leadership and Organizational skills  - Well organized and should be able to meet deadlines.  - Team Player.  - Adapting to change.  - Comfortable to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.  Jayashree Ghadge Recruitment Specialist Credence HR Services
