Location: Mumbai (Candidates based in Mumbai would be preferred)

Requirements : MBAs from Premier institutes (2008 and 2009 batch)

with experience in Investment Banking, M&A, valuation, fund raising, corporate finance, strategy or in consulting related to these areas

Job Profile:

- Conducting primary and secondary research regarding new investment opportunity and structuring information in a timely and comprehensive manner

- Tracking and studying various sectors / industries

- Conducting detailed qualitative analysis of allocated deals and maintaining relevant documentation

- Assist in carrying out due diligence, valuations exercise by coordinating with investee companies, external agencies and internal stakeholders

- To analyze, review and manage the assigned investment portfolio including exit strategies and the preparation of periodical reports on the portfolio’s performance
