Our client is one of the largest Micro Finance Institution (MFI) in India and currently serves over 5 million families across 259 cities in India. They have formally received final license from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up Small Finance Bank. The Small Finance Bank will commence operations in the second quarter of the current financial year.
Description :
To lead and manage a team of Premium Relationship Managers.
Responsible for Business Target achievement including Bulk deposits, CASA, Revenue, portfolio management & NOA across segments (HNI, Corporates, & Social Service Organisations), Fee based mandates, third party products and non-fund based activities.
Ensuring service quality and deepening customer relationship
Hiring and Engagement within team.
Monitor and achieve desired RM productivity.
Profile :
The candidate has to have 8+ years work experience in the wealth management teams of any financial institution and someone who has managed acquisition business in the corporate and wholesale banking. The acquisition in the CASA business is must. People with MBA or equivalent post graduation degree will be preferred.
