AVP PMO (PMP / Prince2 Certified) - Project Management Office for an MNC Bank.
Job Description :
- The AVP PMO (Senior Analyst) in this role comes from Project Management / PMO background, and has good knowledge of tools scape Clarity, GPDM, in specific.
- This candidate must be having operational knowledge on these tools.
- He/she has MI/analytics background, and can quickly crunch a large scale of data to provide meaningful insights.
- He/she should have also had some level of people management experience, and must confidently face off to Senior Management.
The key deliverables and responsibility:
- Managing a small team of PMO Analysts, involved in reporting services to Central PMO team
- Delivering an appropriate level of support to stakeholders - internal and external, located in various locations and operating with varying maturity levels
- Support Priority and enterprise-wide programmes (such as programme management, governance, initiation support and quality assurance assessments)
- Deliver complex standard and ad-hoc reports that are aligned with prescribed Reporting and Insights processes, guidelines, frameworks and data requirements
- Deliver ad-hoc data requests and insight, in a transparent, prioritized and efficient way, seeking standardization where possible
- Capture and verify data inputs and information on GB/GF change portfolios to support the Global PMO Portfolio Management team, contributing to the provision of a single view of the HSBC portfolio profile and current status.
- Communication Skills: Build strong relations and create the right impression in interaction with senior stakeholders
- Strong Process Orientation: Essential to build and manage a robust process, and standardize various disparate processes.
Qualifications & Experience :
- PG with 10- 12 years of work experience and currently working in PMO (Project Management Office) in a Senior Managerial role.
- Should be PMP / Prince2 Certified and preferably from BFSI Industry though not mandatory. Ability to work independently with limited guidance
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding, analysing and interpreting skills when working with information (both financial or non-financial) and variance reporting.
