AVP-PMO

- Manage the conversion of Indian operations from Indian Bank to newly created Joint Venture

- Focus on Indian Custody, Fund Accounting, Processing of Depository Receipts and Derivatives

- Managing and coordinating multiple workstreams

- Ensuring appropriate IT infrastructure is in place

- Responsible for project being delivered on time and within budget

Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes

- Good knowledge of securities services in India / Experience of having worked in Financial services on similar projects

- Detailed knowledge of Indian Custody would be an added advantage

- Strong project management experience

- Good knowledge of SEBI / regulatory requirements
