Position: AVP - Implementation, payroll process.
Graduate with minimum 15 years of experience in payroll process and significant exposure to implementation of new payroll process
- Experience in process methodology; deep domain knowledge will be essential
- Experience in handling multiple clients (50 to 60 clients) and handling a large team (40 people) is essential.
- Strong communicator at all levels.
- Experience of having designed and implemented significant operational and customer management process
- Basic understanding and familiarity with technology is essential
- Experience and knowledge in problem solving skills and project management skills will be important
Candidates with above experience in HR contract staffing and payroll process, responsible for P&L, revenue, client facing role, can share their CV, CTC - fix, variable and notice period
