- Responsible for creating high performing culture, lead accountability for PMS process – from design to delivery

- Would support Talent management strategy implementation, including sub processes of leadership development, succession planning

- support in culture assessment, and long term improvement plans.

- Take up special Global OD initiatives from time to time.
