AVP Operation for Mumbai Location, a Real Estate E commerce Organization

- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.

- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.

- Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.

- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

- Responsible for P & L account as per the Business Plan. Manage all the employees involved across different departments in that city.

- Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs.

- Taking care of complete sales and P&L management. Kick-start and ensure smooth operations across the city.

- Responsible for end to end operational activities. Play a significant role in long term planning with view to deliver operational excellence to support

- Implementing the strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness.

- Need to start & exponentially grow the business from scratch. Self-motivated to drive himself & his team towards targets

- Developing and ensuring execution of Operational Processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow.

- Leading and managing the team of Managers and Executives to offer the best Customer experience.

- Strategist and executing projects aligned with the company vision and setting timelines to reach those goals.

- Responsible for vendor development, engagement, order processing and payment reconciliation for entire cluster

- Leading the Operations team in delivering the best Customer experience while having a 360 degree view from Customer Care to Delivery Executive Safety to Optimal utilization of resource

- Responsible for managing the City team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets and formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team
