Role

- Develop more, impart less, measurement analysis, planner, visionary, content development, need & gap analysis, design programs (through internal or external resources), to support the teams & people in Employee Benefits and Insurance Broking Verticals

- Team management

- Guide managers and trainers to develop programs

- Extensive Stake holder management

- Skill set – mature, excellent communication skills, excellent people management skills

- Industry – consulting, insurance, financial services, ITES
