AVP Operations - Healthcare (Medical coding)  Job Responsibilities :   - Build/ hire high quality IP/DRG delivery team in India within 3 months of joining  - Cross-selling of IP/DRG services to at least 3 existing medical coding clients within 9 months of joining  - Build capacity commensurate with demand while keeping 65% SD margin  - Grow revenue to $20 million within 3 years  Candidate Specifications :  - Master's degree required, Health Information Management, healthcare administration, or a related field.  - CCS certified with at least 10 years relevant IP/DRG experience  - 14+ years of relevant management experience at an in-patient hospital.
