We are presently hiring for an MNC client who is a leader in the ITES domain.

Title: AVP / Manager / Consultant - Anti Money Laundering (AML)

Job location : Bangalore

Only candidates having minimum 8+ yrs years of relevant experience need apply. Candidates from Bangalore will be given preference.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare, review SARs (suspicious activity reports) for US (FinCEN) and UK (SOCA)

- Edit and compose SAR narratives

- Investigate for suspicious activity, interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to determine the legitimacy of customer account behavior

- Maintain SLAs in accordance with policies and regulations

- Stay current on state, country and external business partner AML requirements and regulations

- Maintain records of SAR filings

- Interface with multiple functional areas to investigate cases and acquire information.

- Interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to determine legitimacy of customer behavior across multiple products.

- Research, verification and analysis

- Manage overall process and meet all SLA s and deliverables

- Quality & Controls

- Client Interfacing and team handling with people management

- Internal Controls

- Manage 16x7 operations

- Drive efficiency/productivity metrics

- Hands on with the various workflows

- Posting, documenting and tracking approvals

- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving

- Building rapport with Client and internal customers

- Multitasking & Ecommerce process experience.

- Understand and act in compliance with Accenture and its client’s policies and procedures with regard to Data Protection.

- Proactively manage reviews through agreed process stages, with reference to clients’ policies and procedures, to drive effective and agreed early resolution

- Manage workflow of cases effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessary

Skills Required: Excel proficiency (Intermediate - required, Advanced - preferred)
