AVP/Mgr - Campus Recruitment - BFSI/ITeS

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Mgr/ AVP role - Campus Recruitment for a leading ITES at Banglore/ Pune.

Preferably from IT/ ITES/ Banking / Shered services

Education: Required Full time MBA/ Masters in HR with experience of 9-13 yrs in Campus Recruitment/Campus Hiring.

Responsibilities include:

- Partner closely with key business partners to ensure successful recruitment results for campus recruiting activities

- Support VP, Global Campus Recruitment in driving India campus recruitment strategy and daily operations

- Lead and develop campus recruiters in their daily activities and individual goal plans

- Serve as a point of contact for our global team on initiatives with experienced hiring, campus hiring and executive hiring as necessary

- Liaison with the global campus team, local HR team and the business to ensure real-time communication on recruiting initiatives and issues arising

- Develop and maintain high level of overall Business and HR knowledge
