Our client is one of the fastest growing online software companies in the world. They have a wide variety of products and their solutions are used by a majority of the fortune 1000 companies. With a major presence in both the US and India, our client is looking to recruit and AVP Marketing to head the Indian Marketing Division.

Job Description

Reporting into the Global Marketing Head, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the India marketing office staff of 150 employees

- Ensuring effective communication between the India and US office

- Mentoring and motivating the department

- Developing and strategizing the marketing plans

- Overseeing the function of all marketing teams and working cross functionally with other departments

The Successful Applicant

- You will be a MBA grad from one of the top B-Schools, with atleast 10 years of experience.

- You should have prior exposure in Market Research and also in the software domain.

- You should have experience in web design, analytical team, campaigns & email marketing.

- Further, you should have experience working with companies in the B2B marketing research space.

- In addition, you should have managed a team in excess of 75 people. You should also be well versed with social Media, Online Internet Marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, Omniture and Eloqua.

- In addition to tremendous communication skills, you should have great leadership skills.
