Job Description
- Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan & budget for the business units as necessary
- Indirect demand generation
- Analyst interactions: briefings, meetings, report coverage
- Content - thought papers, case studies, capability presentations, brochures, research, web content, videos & AV content
- Working with PR agencies on messaging and media relations
- Direct demand generation and lead generation
Desired Profile.
- 9 - 12 years of marketing experience with atleast 5 years in IT/BPO companies
- Should have developed marketing strategy, plans and budgets
- Marketing experience in B2B services company, with demonstrated success in managing marketing programs, esp around lead generation.
- Experience with Database Marketing, including working with a Marketing Automation Tool like Marketo, Eloqua, etc
- Direct demand generation and lead generation:
- Should have hands on experience of writing thought leadership content including white papers, case studies and solution/corporate pitches
- Should have managed industry analyst outreach programs
- Should have a good understanding and execution capability for online initiatives including social media.
- MBA , BE from Tier 1 College, B School;
- Verticals managed : CPG, manufacturing, retail, Pharma, Industrial Engineering
- Salary open 18 – 20 (Plus variable)
