- Anticipate and influence market trends in the industry and analyse its impact on BU and recommend the Marketing plans.
- Propose and implement the marketing strategy to maximize BU profit in the target segment in a sustainable way.
- Build competitive advantages and generate the best value propositions to customers to maximize BU profit.
- Enhance the development of a customer oriented mindset and organisation within the Business Unit.
- Develop & maintain in depth knowledge of the Target Segments.
- Maintain MIS on competition to make necessary alteration in the marketing plans to maintain the Brand Leadership in the market.
- Propose and Implement the Rural Marketing Plan build to improve the reach and penetration in the new geographies.

Full time MBA with 12-15 years experience in the FMCG/Durable industry.
