AVP - Marketing - BFSI

Currently working on a AVP- Marketing role for a financial services organization based in Gurgaon.

Job role:

- Design and implement Marketing roadmap to support organization goals and augment business volume by enhancing brand visibility & recall

- Develop an annual marketing calendar; monitor the performance, success, budgets & costs of the projects

- Handle appropriate media selection for advertising new product launch campaigns. Execute all advertising activities with vendors and in-house for developing campaign strategy, roll out plans and evaluation

- Follow digital marketing trends and evaluate potential new channels and strategies

- Establish a sustainable, strategic approach to corporate communication and grow the company's marketing footprint through meaningful content

- Together with the product team, create product content and educate both internal and external stakeholders about the product features and their benefits

- Responsible for business development and exploring business potential & opportunities to secure profitable business volumes

- Establish short / long term budgets in tune with the marketing strategies for achieving business targets

- Ensure service delivery to the customers as per defined quality and service standards

- Monitor and assess competitor activity

Skills required:

- Strong competence in BTL advertising marketing and capability of coordinating the supplier's chain

- Ability to think and manage strategically as a key member of a small and dynamic team

- Dynamic, energetic, versatile and a creative problem-solver with extensive operational experience

- Ability to multitask, exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail

- Demonstrated capability to lead, manage and work with cross functional teams

Looking for full time MBA- Marketing with 8-12 yrs experience, preferably from financial services.
