Being part of the RBWM Analytics team, the candidate will be responsible for the development of integrated marketing strategies by customer segment, product category, and/or channel within portfolio across multiple group markets. Typical activities vary from marketing planning functions, customer segmentation & targeting, product offering and tracking and evaluation of marketing programs for liabilities and assets portfolios. The work would primarily involve the use of customer data and application of statistical tools and techniques to achieve following:  - Developing inferences and insights around customer behaviour and profitable growth scenarios  - Design and develop marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle from acquisition to attrition management including customer contact management strategies  - Monitor portfolio profitability & other key performance indicators in order to recommend strategies that align with business objectives for profitable growth  Impact on the Business/Function: [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]  - Build strong partnerships with multiple business areas across regional/country RBWM analytics teams in regions to drive projects and analytic efforts to identify better business value creation opportunities  - Play a lead role in initiating new engagements as a part of Wealth & Insurance analytics involving new approaches, re-deployable solutions, migrations & transitions  - Assess the scope of the right analytical solutions for the requirement across different countries involving diverse product mix across assets & liability products/ RBWM customer segments as appropriate and execute the same  - Develop concise project plans & reports with marketing insights supported by solid analytics and logical thinking. To cope with the increasing demand for quality analytics at Group level, there is an imminent need for jobholder to come up with innovative and pragmatic approaches to provide required analytics support for Group in an effective and efficient manner.  The team is spread across sites of Kolkata, Bangalore & Guangzhou, supporting multiple countries in RBWM analytics area including US, CAN, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil, UK, France and UAE.
