AVP/Manager - Credit Restructuring - BFS (4-12 yrs)

- Experience on Credit monitoring, stressed asset management, distressed asset management, loan recovery, restructuring and the credit risk space
- Develop and implement appropriate strategies to rehabilitate or exit criticized/ classified or exit loan relationships.
- Work alongside on-shore team, sharing responsibilities. Take part in credit analysis, risk assessment, day to day management/co-management and loss estimation within a time frame of 36 months or less. This may include participation in customer contact, risk rating determination and collateral coverage estimates.
- Shadow or co-manage criticized credits that have received approval to stay with the business segment line area.
- Actively communicate (verbal or written) with Line of Business, bank counsel, customer, customer counsel, lending group representatives, attorneys of the lending groups as well as with onshore HBUS LMU and Support (RSU) staff.
- Closely monitor risk events and escalate them to management on a timely basis.
- Prepare for and/or support audit, regulatory initiatives and internal WMR projects.
- Represent WMR CoE in Shared Services and New Business initiatives where required.
