REPORTING TEAM is responsible at GROUP LEVEL (WORLDWIDE) for the Production and delivery on internal/external deliverables including

- Monthly Group Management Dashboard (GMD)

- Activity indicators at each actual closing and pre-closing & Earnings synthesis (incl. margin and expenses analysis)

- Activity Report

- Contribution to Annual report

- Specific expenses analysis

The primary responsibilities are:

- Direct management of PBRC ABS Reporting teams:

- Workload allocation

- Coordination of tasks, deadline management, communication on priorities

- Performance evaluation

- Oversight of production: preliminary review (exhaustiveness, format)

- Main contact for PBRC Paris on Reporting aspects

- Relationship management with Geographical Poles on Reporting aspects

- Coordination of BAU calendar preparation and implementation (Management reporting dates, submission deadlines)

- Group instructions preparation and communication

- Close monitoring of underlying earnings and internal/external KPIs (including expenses, savings and efficiencies)

- Supervision of production and delivery of internal/external deliverables including Document de R- f- rence (annual report)

- Operations on Consolidation & Reporting IT systems (scope of consolidation, new templates, archiving)

- Documentation of audit trail (Assist the Group audit process and effectively deal with various auditors)

But also an individual contribution :

- Control and analyzing the consolidated financial statements - actual and forecast/ budgets, volume and profitability KPIs, strategic plans (mainly on P&L and Volumes KPIs)

- Identify and analyze risks and uncertainties that may impact Group financial statements, management business monitoring.

- Answer questions from the Management, Investors relations, other internal stakeholders & Regulators

- Manage relationship with internal/ external departments in production of Financial Annual Report

- Review/ check of press release and slides presented to the Analysts

- Actively contribute by engaging in transversal projects to improve quality of processes and the overall financial reporting at group level.
