- Industry Offshore banking shared services

- Looking for professionals with 9+ years experience in Strategic Advisory services including Mergers & Acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs and split offs, business valuation etc

- Role incumbent will engage in managing and delivering advisory services, involve in financial modeling and company valuation, developing risk management solutions, developing and presenting appropriate pitch books

- Domain Exposure required in Oil & Gas/ Metals & Mining/ Power & Utility
