We are looking to fill the following position for a Mumbai based company :
AVP- Operations
Candidate Profile :
Effective communication, acumen to market, knowledge of accountancy, banking, regulatory knowledge, trusteeship business, financial sector, Experience of handling teams and volumes.
Key Aspects of the job :
- To ensure timely execution of all transactions - DT, ST & Securitization, TAT and process
- To Create monitoring plans and Monitoring of all transactions as per monitoring plan
- To ensure all regulatory filings, SEBI RBI MCA etc
- To effectively resolve all clients escalations
- To review and implement & ensure smooth implementation of SOPs/Processes
- To facilitate business development through effective client engagement
- To contribute towards all ITCLs business growth & strategy discussions
- To manage client relations
- To manage relations with statutory bodies (SEBI/RBI)
- To manage relations with Banks/NBFCs as applicable
- To manage relations with industry peers for - Trustee Companies Association-
- To allocate work to team and monitor performance
- To bring about automation of operations process
- Any special assignment by CEO
