Additionally, your responsibilities would include:   - Monitoring ledger performance through clear & informative metrics   - Ensuring, managing & promoting data quality & control throughout group finance   - Identifying areas of risk & process improvement   - Implementing & maintaining, adherence to SOX & company policies   - Keeping firm's books & records in order & handling escalations   - Developing, managing & mentoring the team to meet business requirements & deliver excellence  The Successful Applicant  You are a qualified CA with 8 - 10 years of experience in G/L account reconciliation & signing off balance sheet substantiation OR handled trade reconciliation. A strong knowledge in basic accounting & investment banking products along with team management experience is a MUST.
