Backed by a strong portfolio of capital investors, they have aggressive growth plans for India and want to become market leaders within the service portfolio they cater to.They are looking for a seasoned L&D professional with good exposure to sales training to head their L&D function based out of Bangalore.
Job Description
Reporting into the HR Head,you will be responsible to:
- Conceptualize and design the sales training plan for the sales force
- Conduct regular training needs analysis on Product, process and behavior.
- Deliver sales training through internal teams and external partners.
- Drive performance metrics of employee productivity and effectiveness of training hours.
- Significant experience in sales and leadership learning & development programs and experience in facilitating training and conducting coaching.
- Display strong communication skills, and the ability to write content.
As a successful candidate, you should have:
- 8-11 years of experience in L&D with good exposure to sales as well as behavioral training.
- Exposure to sales training is an absolute must have.
- Candidates from FMCG/Telecom would be given high preference.
