We are recruiting the following position for one of the reputed MNC's in FMCG sector.  Profile - AVP HR - Learning & Development  - Creating Training strategy in line with BU(Business unit) brand growth strategy.   - Preparing Training Plan/calender in collaboration with Business Unit head.   - Training budget Finalization, utilization & tracking.   - Conduct Training Need analysis for sales force as well as 1st line sales Managers through collaborative effort with stakeholders.  - Module development as per identified training needs in collaboration with HR teams.   - Training & Coaching of Business Heads to match desired training requirements & capabilities.   - Ensure execution of Training Plan as per timelines.   - Creating & executing a robust evaluation mechanism for Training effectiveness & follow-up.   - Plan & conduct On Job Learning (OJL) with identified sales force in collaboration with Line Managers to ensure sustenance of learning leading to incremental business gains.   - Plan & conduct Coaching Workshops for Line Managers on coaching skills Collaborate with the Product Management teams, HR & Line managers both to identify training needs as well as enhance training effectiveness through shared ownership.  Experience :   - Must have 10+ Yrs of exp. in Training & Development domain.  - Salary would be as per industry standards.
