The Learning and Development, AVP is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and reinforcing corporate-wide -training courses to new, existing line and managing the team and resources to facilitate ongoing learning
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishing learning strategy for people development while leading the behavioral function for meeting business need for diverse work groups
Responsible for the conducting the need analysis for skills gaps at all levels in the organization and development and delivery of behavioral training programs
Responsible for co-partnering with Global Ops training and Global OD function to roll out Organization Development interventions.
Regularly coaches Managers and employees to turn skills learned in training into application and impact in their respective departments along with management of direct reports (reporting to the role)
Exp - 12- 14 years,
MBA /Certifications in the field of Training and Development Advanced Facilitation Skills Certification, Situational Leadership, Certified Learning & Development Manager, Instructional Design Certification, Soft skills Certification, Voice and Accent
