Job title : AVP Learning and Development
Candidate Summary:
- Looking for candidates from Financial Institutions (preferably) with 10 plus yrs of work experience in the entire gamut of Learning and Development.
Job role:
- The Job Holder is responsible for driving the overall Learning Strategy articulated for the Learning Function at large.
- The key responsibility is to leverage on the information and utilize the available frameworks to drive Learning needs analysis and manage the ongoing Learning requirements at the site.
- Will be responsible for leading a team of Learning Specialists and provide them with Leadership, Strategic direction, required information and tools and techniques for them to be able to deliver.
- Will be working closely with the HR Business Partner on site, the Center Manager and Vendors to enable the execution of the Learning strategy in the most effective and seamless manner.
- Incumbent is expected to work closely with key stakeholders to identify the business needs, aligning the solutions to the business needs whilst pursuant of the broader Learning agenda.
