AVP - Lean Specialist - Banks/NBFC (10-15 yrs)
Role: AVP - Lean Specialist
Exp: 10-15 yrs
Location: Gurgaon
Shift: 1PM to 10:00 PM
Looking out for candidates with exposure to process improvements, business excellence, change management for Banks, NBFC, Financial Services Organizations
Skills (Mandatory) :
- Master Black Belt / Black Belt Certified
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Process improvement techniques viz. lean six sigma (Mandatory)
- Business Process Re-engineering
1. Financial Acumen
1. Good understanding of basic accounting concepts
2. Able to conduct basic financial analysis: Cost Benefit analysis, RoA, etc
3. Good understanding of types of costs and cost behavior i.e. fixed vs. variable
4. Understands time value of money and able to conduct basic NPV/IRR/Payback analysis
2. Computer Skills
1. Demonstrates comfort in the use of MS Project to build and maintain a project plan
2. Demonstrates comfort in the use of MS Powerpoint to create commonly used productivity charts, generate insights
3. Demonstrates comfort in the use of MS Excel to organize and analyze data in the most efficient manner to generate insights
4. Demonstrates comfort in the use of MS Visio to document process flow charts etc

1. Active role in the application of a core business analysis tools to solve business problems
4. Problem Solving (General)
1. Clearly defines hypotheses
2. Defines problem, lays out approach and can structure analysis clearly/efficiently
3. Check/test data and assumptions of own work and others

1. Can deliver one or more modules of a Lean training
2. Can articulate the flow of the Lean Methodology
3. Can articulate when to use the different tools in the toolkit and when not to
4. Effectively deploys primary data collection tools such as surveys, structured interviews, VoC techniques such as CTQ Tree, Kano analysis
5. Effectively manages secondary data collection efforts for a project
i) Can form hypotheses
ii) Can define appropriate sample size, data required etc
6. Effectively defines problem statements and root causes and can coach others
7. Can lead small to medium size workshops (in root cause analysis and solution generation)
5. Project & Change Management
1. Independently leads work streams or small to midsized projects
2. Assists Program Manager in developing a project charter/scope of work
3. Develops and maintains project plans and alerts Program Manager / Productivity leadership to risks
4. Escalates risks to timely/accurate completion of analytical tasks/work streams
5. Develops reporting and tracking mechanisms to capture productivity benefits achieved

2. Can independently conduct meetings/interviews with junior/mid-level client executives
