To bring their business to greater heights, they are looking for experienced professionals to join their team as an AVP to develop a continuous improvement culture and bring in efficiencies in their business across Asia Pacific.
Job Description:
- Reporting into Senior Lean and Re-engineering Leader, you would be part of global quality function for the bank catering to India as well as other geographies liaising with the business heads across different functions.
- You would work with different business lines for continuous improvement and change management.
- You would need to act as an internal consultant for the organization and drive lean based process improvement and transformation projects across diverse functions.
The Successful Candidate:
- CA/MBA from a tier 1 business school with 8+ years of experience of driving lean based transformation / re-engineering projects across retail/corporate/investment banking
- Certified trained in Lean and Six Sigma is a must
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills Extensive project initiation and business analysis experience in a consulting environment
- You should be open to travel internationally for up to 75% of the time
- Successful track record of leading large cross-border projects ideally with a consulting firm
