MS Application

Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities + Duties

- Participate in training needs analysis / identification exercises and create comprehensive training catalogues for behavioral / leadership / soft skills programs.

- Create annual plans and training calendars to meet the learning needs of the Organization in consultation with the business in areas of Behavioral and Leadership Development.

- Design, develop and deliver effective behavioral training programs in consultation with businesses

- Use vendors efficiently to meet niche and regular demands appropriately, while building a pipeline of internal trainers, wherever possible

- Manage the training operations team and relationship/support of the HR Shared Services for the relevant training operation for efficiency

- Contribute to the overall people development strategy and plans of the Organization through efficient execution of training plans, projects and programs

- Manage data, folders, trackers reports and dashboards in an accurate and organized manner

- Updated with development/trends in the domains and training and drive usage of best practices (learning innovation)
