With continued expansion of their India-based Global Operations Hub, they're keen to recruit seasoned professional as AVP to lead their Client on boarding team.
Job Description - You would be responsible to lead operations teams for timely, complete and correct processing of transactions. You would also partner with the CRM and Business Development Management (BDM) functions to ensure operational delivery across product and business lines – preferably against agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs. Develop, suggest and implement risk mitigation or control solutions within own area of responsibility.
- Ensure that the processes are in-line with all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirement of the regulators.
- Ensure all process maps are available and six sigma tools are being used for minimizing variations
- You would have overall delivery and implementation responsibility within India and work with respective BU heads and SMEs for successful set up of the function.
The Successful Candidate - You should be a Graduate with excellent academic records, with total relevant experience of at least 10 years. You should at least have 8 years experience as a people manager. You must possess comprehensive understanding of the retail banking products and services like KYC/AML, client on boarding, static data updates and cash processes.Experience of working in a matrix environment, and being accustomed to bridging the gap between disparate organizations and cultures is an added advantage.
