Proposed Immediate Superior: Manager IT - CFAB

Grade: M2/M3

Key Objective of the Job:

- To conceptualize, implement and monitor strategic projects of the Division using the mobility and Portal platforms

- To handle the Program Management activity of the FinnOne Project

Major Deliverables:

- Conceptualize the intended business solution/process on portal and mobility platforms with stakeholders

- Benchmark the intended process execution against competition

- Manage the entire SDLC pertaining to execution of projects

- Focus on user experience and usability on the Online channels

- Suggest web prototypes to stakeholders of the intended projects

- Coordinate with technology partner for delivery and execution of projects

- Manage the Project communication process by following the governance process and providing the providing status report to all stakeholders

- Manage the functional content on the Online channels on a periodic basis

- Suggest on Upcoming technology trends on line platforms

Specialized job competencies:

- Ability to manage large projects(Create Project delivery plan, Document Risk associated and its mitigation, Project roll out and then monitor)

- Sound analytical and documentation skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Conflict Resolution Skills

Educational Qualification:

- B.Tech/Graduate with MBA ( IT or any other discipline ). PMP certification will be an added advantage

Desired Experience:

- Atleast 2-5 Years of experience in implementation of Online and mobility solutions of a B2C company or should have worked in the Online and mobility platform solutions team of Banks or NBFC

- Should understand the retail lending applications from an end to end perspective
