AVP IRIS

Responsibilities:

- The incumbent would be responsible for the entire Research process.

- He/She would be working towards smoothening of the research process with a greater focus on client satisfaction.

- Ensuring quality deliverables to clients within specified timelines. Undertaking reviews of all reports and thereby ensuring that a report of the best quality has been delivered to all the clients.

- Preparing reports, invoices and ensuring targets have been achieved.

- Marinating client relationship, meeting client expectations, understanding client requirements and screening the final product that is delivered.

- Undertake interviews, performance reviews, and monitoring and mentoring of team members.

- Managing a team of AGM, Sr. Managers, Manager, Assistant Managers, Team Leader and Researchers / Agents.

- Responsible for the P&L for the entire Research Business
