Job Description :
- 7 to 12 years experience in Investment Banking Operations / Custody Operations with at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Actions
- Strong analytical skills, detailed orientation, Service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong Corporate Actions knowledge
- Ability to identify and develop strong working relationship with internal as well as external 'client' groups
- Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and complex situations.
- Strong English written & verbal skills required. Ability to converse clearly with internal and external staff via telephone and written communication
- Excellent People Management skills
- Be willing to work in UK/US business hours
