About our client:

Our client is a middle market Investment Bank with the capability to serve clients globally across TMT, consumer, infrastructure, real estate among other sectors.

Job Description:

- As an AVP you will assist in pitching and executing mandates and will be required to have strong industry contacts. Relationships with contacts in the mid-market space will be required.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Assisting with deal origination

- Building and refining complex financial models for valuation requirements

- Creating information memorandums

- Managing client presentations

The Successful Applicant

- You will have an engineering degree from one of the top engineering schools or CA and an MBA degree.

- As Assistant Vice President you should have 5-8 years of Front office Investment Banking experience with proven expertise in executing deals.
