Position - AVP (Industrials esp. Auto & Logistics)  Location - Mumbai  Job Description  Responsibilities:   - Overall responsible for managing end-to-end deal execution which inter-alia involves preparation of deal collaterals, liaising with client , funds , and all stake holders, assisting in diligence processes and ensuring closures for every transaction in Industrial Group.   - Building a pipeline of strategic opportunities for sourcing deals from potential clients, contribute to idea generation, strategic planning and fostering a collaborative work environment  - Updating self and team on industry / sector developments esp. Auto  - Overseeing sector research, valuation analysis to evaluate a range of strategic alternatives and options, due-diligence of the deals – includes investment appraisal, financial analysis & modeling  Candidate Profile	  - An MBA/ CA/ CFA with relevant work experience of 5-6 years with Investment Banks/ Consulting Firms/ Large Corporate in similar capacity with excellent understanding of financial & commercial aspects.  - Knowledge of Company Law, SEBI guidelines and overall regulatory environment would be an advantage.  - Having business acumen & professional networking with potential Clients in the sector is a Must  - Should have at least complete execution experience for at least couple of transactions in to PE / M&A  Key Skills 	  - Business Development   - Business & Financial Modeling   - Excellent interpersonal skills  Reporting To - Sector Head  We will screen your profile in detail and revert you all possible job position matching to your cv.   Either me or my team member will call you to discuss the JD suitable and share with you a detailed presentation about the company.
