AVP - International Debt Syndication

ROLE : Assistant Vice President – IBG (International Business Group)

Reports to : Head – International Business

Experience Range : 11 to 12 years

PREFERRED PROFILE/JOB PROFILE:

- Structuring and execution of debt deals (In domestic and international syndication)

- Preferred experience should be a mix of origination and execution

- Should have a good understanding of finance and should be able to analyse the client’s requirement intelligently and suggest solutions

- Liasioning with Banks/FIs and Investors at middle and senior level for fund raising.

- Candidates having existing senior and middle level relations with banks would be preferred

- Negotiations with financial lenders / investors for financial closure

- Supervision of preparation of business plan, financial modelling, comprehensive report writing by junior colleagues

- Experience in execution of non-debt transactions like PE / M&A (will be a value add)

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

- Highly articulate with excellent presentation, negotiations and communication skills (written & oral)

- Good at relationships and networking

- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams under pressure to meet business targets

- Execution skills in terms of building relationships, understanding lenders / investors’ requirements and presenting a financing case

- Highly competent in business analysis and proficient with complex financial models

- Existing relationships with Banks and FIs with demonstrated ability in fund raising
