AVP - Internal Control Testing - CA

Looking for a qualified CA with 9+ years of post qualification experience in Internal audit, designing and testing internal controls as per the policies and guidelines.

Job Role:

- Job holder will be leading the preparation of Internal Controls Monitoring Plan, testing and reporting of the various risks and controls within the organization.

- Should be establishing a strong testing framework in the organization.

- Will be involved in Recording, monitoring and tracking of the risks identified in the Group Operational Risk system in strengthening the Internal Control Environment.

- Experience in auditing IT Systems and certifications such as CISA will be preferred.

- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are mandatory as this role will be front ending the business within the given arena.

- Extensive Internal Audit and Internal Controls Testing experience with leading accounting or financial services sector.
