Operating model knowledge of NBFCs, MFIs and banks  2. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases  3. Experience in conducting risk based internal audits and risk assessment  4. In-depth knowledge and understanding of internal audit of various functions  Profile :  1. Formulate framework for risk based audit, plan and strategy for internal audits, management audits and concurrent audits of central functions at HO and regional level  2. Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations- effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations   3. Prioritize audit activity based on risk and allocate resource accordingly as well as monitor implementation of audit plan for central functions  4. Design an approach for solution centered resolution of audit findings jointly with the functional heads  5. Identify the need for ad-hoc audits for risk assessed during the year and need for follow-on audits to validate remedial actions put in place  6. Appoint CA firms for special reviews/central function audits as needed, review reports prepared by firms along with functional heads on appropriateness of issues  7. Provide training to functional audit managers, identify training needs for second level managers and ensure adherence to training program  8. Highlight violations, non-compliance and compliance breaches to the Compliance monitoring and Testing Manager   9. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement  10. Travelling to various sites and meeting the relevant company staff while also obtaining the requisite information
