AVP - Integrated Supply Chain Finance - CA/ICWA - BPO

Candidate should have handled End to End Finance operations for Supply Chain function which includes:

- Procurement Costing, Manufacturing Costing, Inventory Costing, Logistics Cost- Expertise in Plant Finance

- Candidates currently working with FMCG, Consumer durable having knowledge of finance function on supply side may apply.

- Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience in F&A outsourced environment out of which 3-4 years should be in a leadership role

- Good understanding of regional nuances, exposure of working in multiple regions

- Awareness of Finance control Framework (SOX and other regulatory requirements)

- Handling large teams and their management experience

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Flawless execution on Operational deliverables through a robust operational and controls/compliance framework

- Drive lean/six sigma, best practices framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective

- Actively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points

- Provide direction and coaching to the operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a strong team

- Align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently

- Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans

- Ability to build impact full customer relationship; enhance Net Promoter Score

Knowledge, Experience, Education :

Essential :

- ICWA / CA with 8 plus years in the Product Costing / Fp&a domain

- Prior Operations experience in the BPO Industry

- Experience in leading large teams

Desirable :

- Involvement in Six Sigma initiatives and projects

- Transitions experience
