Insurance Test Architect (Level 8/9)  - Strong consulting background with ability to engage with the clients at the strategic level  - Prior experience in strategic test consulting- test maturity assessment, test process assessments and implementation of recommendations etc.  - Expert in usage of frameworks like TPI/TMMi/TMap  - Experience and knowledge of test engineering, test models, test optimization techniques   - Relevant experience 10-15 years  - Have functioned in pre-sales and solution design roles  - Knowledge of one or more functional domains in Insurance preferably in P&C business  Additionally  - Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills  - Being client facing role, need to bring in strong SME knowledge, POV (point of view) and thought leadership  - Proven instances of having brought in value to client engagements  - Having contributed to white papers and presented technical papers in seminars (desirable)  - Location- Chennai/Pune
