- Strong understanding of financial processes - USGAAP Reporting / Statutory Reporting. 10K / 10Q Reports, Investments Reporting (Derivatives Reporting).

- Preparation and Finalization of Financial statements as per US GAAP/IFRS & Statutory reporting as per the guidelines of NAIC & SEC.

- Statutory Financial Statement (Yellow Book / Blue Book) and various Supplementary fillings

- Knowledge on Statements of Statutory Accounting Principles (SSAP)

CA's with more than 6 yrs post Qualification exp can apply.
